On 31 July 2020, a notice on employee representation rights to relevant staff with regard to the draft Nurses Agreement (Ministry of Education and Training) 2020 was published. The notice is a formal requirement under the Fair Work Act, 2009 and explains the right of employees to be represented by a negotiator with respect to the proposed agreement.
