Unless otherwise defined during the booking process, the balance is due prior to departure or consumption in accordance with the terms and conditions of each supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, tour operator and other travel service providers) involved in your travel booking. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations may be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited. Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the credit card you have authorized to pay for the travel services or from the supplier`s refund. Access to and use of the services of Anthony Travel, LLC dba Anthony Travel (“Anthony Travel” and/or “our”) and our website are subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
By accessing, using or receiving any content, products or services through our offices or website, you, the buyer and/or the traveller (“Customer” and “Passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Our group visits are carried out by a group leader. The decision of the group leader is final for all matters that may affect the safety or well-being of the person participating in the trip. If you do not comply with a decision of a group leader or if you affect the well-being or mobility of the group, the group leader may ask you to leave the trip immediately without being entitled to a refund. We may also choose not to transport you on future booked trips. You must at all times comply with the laws, customs, foreign exchange and medication regulations of all countries visited, and you also agree to travel in accordance with our responsible travel policies. In rare cases, when you leave a country, some exit taxes only have to be paid in cash and may vary in price. Due to increased security, it is strongly recommended that you check in at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights. Confirm flight schedules at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 72 hours before international flights. Failure to use a reservation may result in the automatic cancellation of all outbound and return flights, as well as the confiscation of air fares. In the event that any provision or condition contained in these Booking Conditions is automatically unenforceable or void or contrary to public policy or for any other reason, such term or condition shall be deemed separate or modified as a result of this Agreement only to the extent necessary to ensure that all remaining conditions remain in force and binding. ACCURACY OF BOOKING/LEGAL NAMES: The passenger is required to immediately check all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger name, postal address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, price, airline ticket, arrival/departure airports, accommodation and organized activities on your booking receipt. Please inform wta immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are required with respect to the booking details. The Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full and sole responsibility for all risks and/or costs associated with failing to report such errors and/or omissions. The passenger is obliged to verify the accuracy of the passenger`s legal surnames and first names. It is mandatory that the names of the customers are identical to the name and surname of the passenger and are identical to the names as they appear on the booking and travel documents. You accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment of such damages or losses (reasonably estimated, if not exactly known) must be made as soon as possible directly to the owner or manager of the accommodation or to another provider or to us.
If the actual cost of the loss or damage exceeds the amount paid once it is estimated, you will have to pay the difference as soon as they are known. If the actual cost is less than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded. You are also responsible for the execution of any claim that is subsequently brought against us and for any costs we incur as a result of your actions (including our own legal fees and those of the other party). You need to make sure you have adequate travel insurance in place to protect yourself if this situation occurs. .
