Unless otherwise defined during the booking process, the balance is due prior to departure or consumption in accordance with the terms and conditions of each supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, tour operator and other travel service providers) involved in your travel booking. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations may be cancelled and deposits may be forfeited. In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a reservation has been made and paid. Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited. Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the credit card you have authorized to pay for the travel services or from the supplier`s refund. Our group visits are carried out by a group leader. The decision of the group leader is final for all matters that may affect the safety or well-being of the person participating in the trip. If you do not comply with a decision of a group leader or if you affect the well-being or mobility of the group, the group leader may ask you to leave the trip immediately without being entitled to a refund. We may also choose not to transport you on future booked trips. The Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full and sole responsibility for all risks and/or costs associated with failing to report such errors and/or omissions. It is mandatory that the names of the customers are identical to the name and surname of the passenger and are identical to the names as they appear on the booking and travel documents. You accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you. Full payment of such damages or losses (reasonably estimated, if not exactly known) must be made as soon as possible directly to the owner or manager of the accommodation or to another provider or to us.

If the actual cost of the loss or damage exceeds the amount paid once it is estimated, you will have to pay the difference as soon as they are known. If the actual cost is less than the amount paid, the difference will be refunded.
