International agreements formalize the relationship between a university, organization, government, or agency outside the United States and UCF. Informal cooperation does not require agreement. However, a formal agreement is required if the relationship involves resource conservation or if the agreement results in activities governed by existing UCF policies, the State of Florida, or federal laws.
